Refund Policy


Returns for faulty or damaged goods

Due to the handmade nature of our items, occasionally you might receive a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect. In this instance, we will endeavour to replace the item for you, or offer you a full refund provided you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.


Please note that upon signing the delivery receipt, you acknowledge that the goods received are in good condition and not faulty or damaged.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy for change of mind

Having second thoughts about your purchase? Don’t worry, we all do sometimes. While we do not give a refund on products if you change your mind, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we discuss what’s the best we can do.
